We offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our products. If you're unhappy with a product for any reason send an email to hello@holygrailformula.com and we will make it right.

Send us an email at hello@holygrailformula.com requesting a return on any item within 30 days of delivery. Please specify the reason for the return. 

We typically respond within 1-2 business days with a pre-paid shipping label. Send the item back and you will receive a full refund within 10 business days from when it arrives at our returns department.

As soon as you discover that your package was lost or stolen, email us immediately at hello@holygrailformula.com with your order number and current mailing address. We will take appropriate measures to ensure that your order makes into your hands as quickly as possible.

Please inspect the items thoroughly upon delivery. If any items arrive damaged, please email us within five days of delivery at hello@holygrailformula.com with an order number and a picture of the damaged product. We will issue a replacement as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately we cannot update orders after they have been placed. If you would like to cancel an order, email us at hello@holygrailformula.com with the word CANCEL in the subject line. If the order hasn’t gone out yet, we will cancel the order and refund you the purchase amount. If the order has gone out, refuse the delivery and ask your postal carrier to return it to sender. We will refund the purchase amount in full once the package has been returned to our warehouse.

Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 4-7 business days to deliver after the order is placed using UPS Ground. In some instances, USPS may be used based on location. 

We also offer USPS Express (2-4 business days) at an additional cost.

Note that orders with express shipping are still subject to a processing and handling time of 2-3 business days.

Currently, we offer shipping within the United States of America and Canada. We are working to fulfill international orders in the near future.
